CREEPN'CRAWL'S ARTIST MATT FRENCH

Matt French is a mad prolific artist, dedicated to the skateboard art. He’s a real skateboarder too. He has lived his childhood in the 80′s so we have the same skate graphic inspirations and references. For me it’s a kinda fresh Jim Phillips with a creepy twist! He has done tons of graphics (Pocket Pistols, Volcom, LibTech..), always manually with pen, ink and paint, full of crazy details and smart ideas. He has the capacity of turning animal forms into funny monsters blending two species…like he has done on the EEERNK! model with that Pig-Bat! Insane in all the best ways! He’s a real cool guy and I’m stoked to work with him. I can’t expect better for what i want to do with CREEPN’CRAWL.
